What Therapy Is

I believe therapy is an journey between two people, or three or more depending on if I am working with a couple or family, of self-discovery.  I work with the client(s) to help the client unlock their potential and goals.  It is my goal of therapy to help the client reach their goals. 

Therapeutic Approaches

I work with children, adolescents, adults, as well as with couples and families using a variety of therapeutic approaches that include: cognitive-behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, family-systems therapy, and mindfulness therapy.

Areas of Focus

I specialize in helping those with issues pertaining to ADHD, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, male issues, anger management, domestic violence, mental and physical disabilities, oppositional defiance, schizophrenia, and bipolar.
